Terms of service and pricing of commission work alongside with examples are listed below! Please be sure to check them before DMing me for commissions!

Pricing of my current art commission work!
$25: Character ref only! (1 character per piece, can help with designing a character as well!)
$25-35: Square portrait of your character (mainly as a social media profile picture)! $25 for 2000px and $35 for 4000px!
$50: Full body character illustration (can be 1-2 characters per piece)!
$75: Illustrative work of character(s) with background!
$75: Character reference sheet + full body illustration work! (1 character per piece, can help with designing a character + includes separated full body illustration only image as well!)
For any other types of commission that was not listed above, please message me in detail about it, so that I could estimate the price!
Also note: For full body illustrations that are toon/cell shaded instead of semi realistic shading, the pricing for it will be cut in half (25$ for only the full body illustration, 50$ including the ref sheet)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMMISSIONING HOODYP!
These are the TOS applied when you wanted to commission me, so please respect and follow the rules!
SECTION A: TYPES OF COMMISSION ALLOWED OR DISALLOWED
Below are the types of characters/details of said characters that I allow or disallow for my commissions...Allowed:- Any type of characters, human, furries, simple robots, any humanoid-like beings you name it! (Though I'm mostly more experienced with doing furry characters...)
- LGBTQ+ characters, in fact highly encouraged!Middle ground (aka not too sure until provided slightly more details through discussion):- Shipping art (will provide more specific details of which were not allowed in the "Disallowed" section below)
- Characters with either too much objects or details to draw (aka something like Transformers, Gundam, characters with detailed armor/clothes, etc... You will have to discuss with me as I usually prefer to do more simpler designs...)
- Characters in sexual/exposed clothing or gesture (I have a specific degree of what is "too sexual for me to draw", so it's best to talk it out with me to see if I'm okay of drawing them that way...)Disallowed/Forbidden:- NSFW/R-18 characters/art (full on nudity with "exposed parts", doing explicit acts/poses, gore/guro, etc)
- Art that was intended for "fetish" purposes...
- Pairings/ships that consists of human X furry or includes characters who are minors
- Characters who are directly based on real life people (as in celebrities or influencers without a distinct persona, or any random irl people), also applied to irl pets, I don't draw pets...
- Characters which are intentionally used to offend/harass an individual or a group/community...
- You shall NOT use ANY of my art, commission works, progress shots of said commission or otherwise, for any machine learning apps (AI) /codes as data or to edit said image (e.g. Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, LoRA, etc).
- I DO NOT CONSENT in using my artworks also for promotion of related machine learning apps/codes/algorithms...
- Any of the progress shots or finished works I have made SHALL NOT BE USED for NFTs, cryptocurrency and any activities related to it.
- Breaching any cryptocurrency/AI related rules will revoke your rights and intellectual property of said piece, and only to me.
SECTION B: PAYMENT & PROCESS OF COMMISSION
Payment
- Currently I only accept PayPal (in USD) and Ko-Fi with Stripe! I can't use any other platforms for payments...
Update as of 24 Jan 2025:
- Emphasis on the above, the only valid payment methods are Ko-fi or the PayPal.me link, I WILL NOT PROVIDE EMAIL, NAME, OTHER PERSONAL INFO FOR SECURITY REASONS!
- You can pay anytime you'd like, but only before I provide the download to the finished full resolution commission piece! (I will not provide the full resolution piece(s) unless payed!). If you'd like to pay, please request me through the DMs for the links or notify me when you want to pay!
- For Ko-fi commissioners, I recommend DMing me through Discord, Bsky or Twitter DMs before paying me through my Ko-fi's commission page for more concise orders... However, if you think that you can provide a clear description of what you'd like through the Ko-fi order, feel free to do so (though best to provide some sort of online DM contact info in case if anything)!Process:
1. Character description and images
- This will be done before I start drawing so that I have a good idea of what I'm drawing.
- For existing characters/OCs, you can provide me at least any form of illustration/drawing of your character (character art, simple drawing, ref sheet, etc). You may also provide me additional reference images to go with the specific details. Finally give a brief description of your character so that I got a good grasp on it's personality and actions!
- For non-existing characters and wanting me to help illustrate said character, please provide me a detailed description of the character (colour scheme, personality, etc) and also provide some reference images for me to get a good grasp of the character!
- For commissions that require a background, a description of a scene that would be feasible for me to do would be good enough (for solid colour backgrounds like the portrait pieces, just provide me the colour for it!).
2. The drawing process
- I will provide screenshots of the process periodically through the DMs where you started contacting me through!
- The duration of the drawing process could be as fast as within a day, to about 2 weeks max depending on how burnt out I am or how many commissions I was taking at the time...
- In the event that I haven't finished the commission after 2 weeks, I am obliged to refund/return the payment to you (more info in the refund section).
3. Refunds
- This would be feasible in the case that: I haven't completed the commission after 2 weeks, confirm to cancel the commission during the drawing process, or any emergency circumstances.
- If in case I would need to refund, please provide me your PayPal page site (preferably PayPal.me) or PayPal username so that I could transfer the funds back!
SECTION C: THE FINISHED COMMISSION AND ADDITIONAL USE BY ME OF SAID COMMISSION
- Once completed, I will provide you the completed drawing through DMs directly or a Google Drive link (GD in case that the file was too big in file size to send in the chat or consisted of multiple images)!
- As the piece was made by me, I would have the rights to showcase said commission piece online as a form of portfolio or art showcase (will credit the character's creator/commissioner in said post though). However, if you insist, you may disallow me to post the finished piece online or provide me specific instructions to showcase said commission piece!
- If you are intending to use my pieces for any type of monetary gain (i.e. original video games, collabs, merch, etc), please contact me for permission and further enquiries!
